OptimumChoice offers services for people living with disabilities in Perth, Western Australia.
OptimumChoice is a Perth based disability service provider. We offer a person-centered approach that puts our participants needs first. We assist the members of the community who are living with a physical, intellectual or mental health disability and their families. We are registered NDIS providers for services including innovative community participation and household tasks.
We respect people with different cultural and religious background and provide a welcoming environment for all clients with individualised support plans. We are passionate in believing that every individual should live their life as independently as possible and we are here to help our participants attain their optimal independence. Our disability services business is based in the beautiful Serpentine area – south of Perth – but we service valued participants in most areas of Perth including (but not limited to) Guilford, Midland, Bayswater, Maddington, Mundijong, Baldivis, Jarrahdale, Byford, Armadale and Rockingham.
